The Land Development Agency (LDA) has broken ground on the first phase of Clongriffin Town’s major regeneration, bringing much-needed affordable housing in Dublin to North Dublin’s fastest-growing suburb. After acquiring the site in December 2023—with planning permission already in place for two apartment blocks—the Agency secured updated consent to reflect the Dublin City Development Plan 2022–2028.
