What Is Happening?

Clongriffin has grown, but our promised facilities and amenities have not kept pace. Too many words, too many assurances, and yet essential community spaces remain unbuilt.

It’s time for a different approach:

One that puts action before promises.

What Do We Want?

We ask the LDA to deliver the facilities needed by the community in addition with much needed homes. Additional homes without facilities outlined below, is not acceptable.

Improved Public Transport
Clongriffin is so close to Dublin Airport, but public options to get there are limited, and not direct. Ensure public transport can adequately serve the growing population of Clongriffin/Baldoyle.

About Clongriffn

Clongriffin is one of Dublin’s fastest growing urban communities, located in Dublin 13 and only a short DART journey from the city centre. What began as an ambitious development is now a residential town with modern homes, essential facilities and a strong sense of community. At the heart of Clongriffin is a spacious central plaza, home to a small selection of shops but it is waiting for it's potential to be fulfilled.
